In order to help in the effort to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus, it is with great sadness that we announce that all Harbour Hotels, wedding venues, restaurants, bars and spas will be temporarily closed from 5th November until 2nd December 2020, inclusive.
We wanted, therefore, to send you our latest summary to answer the most frequently asked and important questions, and to put any lingering concerns to rest.
Closure & reopening:
All Harbour Hotels are temporarily closed, for a period from 5th November until 2nd December. It is our intention post this date, Government permitting, to welcome you back.
Current reservations, until 2nd December 2020:
Flexible stays: If you have booked a flexible rate your booking will be automatically cancelled.
Pre-paid stays: The Coronavirus pandemic forcing the closure of Harbour Hotels between 5th November and 2nd December 2020 is something that is beyond our reasonable control. In line with our Terms and Conditions, pre-paid stays are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, in light of the national lockdown, you may use your pre-payment towards a future stay at any Harbour Hotel to be taken by 2nd December 2021. When you are ready to rebook your stay please contact us.
Current reservations from 3rd December 2020:
If you have booked to stay from 3rd December on either a pre-paid or a flexible rate, your booking will remain valid as booked. If your booking is flexible you can move it to an alternative date, if you wish to do so.
Spa memberships:
Spa memberships will be frozen on 5th November 2020, following the closure of our spas and gyms. You will not be charged anything further until we reopen. The balance of all annually paid memberships will be held until we reopen and you will be credited for the missed month(s). If you pay by Direct Debit, please do not cancel them as we will arrange for payments to be paused.
Any funds already collected for November will be applied on a pro rata basis once the spas and gyms have reopened on 3rd December and there will be no Direct Debit collected in December.
Restaurant & bar reservations:
We have cancelled all table reservations automatically between 5th November and 2nd December, inclusive. We hope to welcome you back to our restaurants and bars again from 3rd December 2020.
